Stuffing Replacement Foam in Cushion Cover

With your replacement cushion cut, you are now ready to reassemble.

If you choose to use dacron fiber wrap, then wrap the replacement foam now.  Make sure that the ends of the dacron meet on the outside edges of the replacement foam.  This will keep the fiber wrap seam from showing.

Work the foam back into the cover.  It may be necessary to compress or bend the replacement foam to get it reinserted into the cover.

Once inside, make sure that the replacement foam is resting evenly in the corners of the cushion cover.

Make any necessary adjustments for an even smooth finish.

Repeat this process for all of your cushions, and then sit back and enjoy!
